Position Summary

The RRT is an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team. The RRT provides therapy that may include application and monitoring of medical gases, mechanical ventilator support, artificial airway placement and care, broncho pulmonary hygiene, pharmacological agents related to respiratory care procedures, cardiopulmonary rehab related and limited to respiratory care. Duties include: EEG's, EKG's, ABG's but no PFT's.

Requirement Description

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with neonatal, pediatric and adult RRT – Required
  • Registered with National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) - Required
  • Must possess a current New York State license - Required
  • Prior travel experience - Preferred
  • Must be able to intubate, work solo, Ciritcal Care, vent management and possible transportation needs
