What you get todo:
As a Food ServiceAmbassador, you'll ensure a great eating experience for our guestsin a variety of venues, including restaurants, carts/kiosks,specialty snack carts, coffee shops, dessert stations, etc.Wherever you serve, youwill:
- Enthusiastically greetand welcome guests
- Provide information toguests on food & beverage products beingoffered
- Make recommendations to fit eachguest's needs
- Support dietary restrictions,allergies and special needs
- Take orders in aprompt manner and ensure execution ofdelivery
- Maintain a clean workingenvironment
- Operate cashregister
- Maintain monies and sales informationfor audit and balance
- Follow proper cashhandling procedures
- Prepare/carry vendingtrays
What ittakes tosucceed:
- At least16 years old
- Commitment to exceptional guestservice
- Ability to learn/use point of sale(cash register) systems
- Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Strongorganizational and multi-taskingabilities
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pullup to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and standextensively
- Ability to work indoors andoutdoors, in a variety of weatherconditions
- Completion of all training,including ServSafe and RCS Responsible VendorTraining
- Flexibility in working variedshifts
- Previous cash handling experiencepreferred
- Food service and/or theme parkexperience highlydesirable
Compensation:$15.00 per hour
