Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with elementary-aged students in Wilmington, DE. The SLP will assess and treat communication disorders, speech delays, and language difficulties, collaborating with educators and parents to create effective intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech and language disorders for elementary-aged students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students communication and academic success.
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Delaware SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with elementary-aged students is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
