  • 1 year experience
  • BLS

  • Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU skills
  • Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction CT Procedure Experience
  • Must be certified with operator requirements of specific equipment
  • Outpatient, IV Starts, PACS, Contrast, Visage skills preferred
Unit Will Accept 1st Time TravelersLocals AcceptedGE & Siemens Scanner Use is a MUSTLevel II Trauma Unit

JOB DETAILS:RATIOS: Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans; 4 RoomsWill Accept 13 Weeks.*36 Hours Can be Offered12 HOUR DAYS (FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY) 08:45 - 21:15
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is in the emergency department on a Siemen's scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke and level 2 trauma patients. ***VERY FAST PACED*** On first shift we typically have 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3 techs. Third shift there is 1 tech. Weekends we have 2 techs. Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from 8-12 patients.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens Scanner, GE. Our machines are Siemens, and we have the S3000 and the Sequoia.
