HYBRID Our client, a premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Career Attorney to join their Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex regulatory litigation and high-stakes enforcement matters in a practice known for its strategic, multidisciplinary approach and national impact. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing 1–5 years of substantive experience in litigation, investigations, and/or compliance Significant trial experience required Experience with state and federal regulatory litigation, including spinoff consumer class actions and administrative litigation Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage responsibilities independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team Key Responsibilities Represent clients in state and federal regulatory litigation, including administrative proceedings and consumer class litigation Support internal and external investigations, including regulatory and enforcement matters Develop strategies for navigating complex compliance, regulatory, and enforcement issues Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and related litigation documents Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to provide practical, business-focused legal advice Manage trial preparation, hearings, and other courtroom engagements Coordinate with cross-office teams on multifaceted regulatory and enforcement matters Why Join Us?
