**About the Opportunity:**
Are you passionate about helping young minds find their voice? Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will work across elementary and middle school settings, providing critical speech and language services to students who need it most.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication needs.
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions to enhance student communication skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Texas SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary and middle school students, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
