Qualifications: Be the Best Home Health Physical TherapyAssistant You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you
  • Be able to implement care plans andcommunicate any findings or changes in regards to patients back tothe Physical Therapist and physician
  • Abilityto educate patients and their families in basic home safety andmedical equipment safety
RequiredCertifications and Licensures:
  • Associatesdegree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Have a valid license, registration, or permitto practice in state of agency operation
  • Mustpossess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in aclinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver whocan travel to all business locations
