Overview

The "Treasury Operations Specialist - Bank Operations" will support the Senior Treasury Analyst with all corporate-wide treasury operations. This position will handle documentation and bank system requirements associated with assuming or setting up new business accounts for acquired agencies, work closely with our agency's management and accounting staff and will support the Senior Treasury Analyst in all required M&A activities and act as a back up for certain job-related functions.

What You'll Do

Provide Corporate Treasury Operations support to the field agencies and to act as a point of contact and resource for the field, providing guidance and support when and where needed. Prepare and submit bank account documentation (KYC documentation) for assumed accounts and new accounts required. Work closely with internal groups (Accounting, Legal, Operations, Internal Audit, and Agency Accounting Teams) on banking issues to establish/maintain accounts as needed. Ensure accuracy of key treasury data sets of legal entities, bank accounts, licenses, user access and signatories. Complete all necessary bank administration activities within the electronic banking portals Maintain accurate and complete bank account documentation, templates and files on share drive. Partner with bank operations associates to ensure accounts are opened accurately and completely, and all needed Treasury services are implemented and operating timely. Provide audit support for cash confirmations. Provide support on key Treasury Projects and initiatives. Back up the Liquidity Operations team for payment processing and payroll funding. Help support corporate accounting team regarding bank activity. Follow company policies and procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job. Support on all relevant M&A activities. Undertake other duties, as assigned

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred 2+ years of banking of cash management experience Knowledge of accounting and financial software programs, ERPs, and various forms of treasury technology Knowledge of cash management products, and processes of U.S. financial institutions
