Flow Society is currently looking for full-time and part-time Picker/Packers to join our Union City, NJ team Flow Society is a rising star in the online retail industry, specializing in stylish lacrosse attire. We're passionate about providing lacrosse enthusiasts with trendy and high-quality clothing that reflects their love for the game. As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.

How we invest in you:

• Pay: $15/hr
• Shift: Full-time – 40hr/weeks, 9-5; Part-time: 25hrs/week

Responsibilities:

• Stock items on shelves in a neat and orderly manner and pick orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify customers and verify all requirements are met before packing lacrosse clothing orders.
• Package and label outgoing orders, maintaining our commitment to quality.
• Build boxes for order fulfillment, ensuring that lacrosse apparel is well-protected during transit.
• Unpack and stock replenishment inventory, keeping our shelves well-stocked.
• Put stock away in an organized manner, making it easy to locate items.
• Count inventory regularly to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Occasionally, organize boxes on a pallet and move them for ground shipment.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness by bringing out garbage to the dumpster and sweeping the stockroom area.
• Expected duties will include, but are not limited to, pulling items for outgoing orders and any additional tasks as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or picker/packer role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling lacrosse clothing items.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
• Physical ability to lift and move lacrosse clothing items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to maneuver about the warehouse throughout scheduled shifts, which can be up to 8 hours.
