  • Coordinate all logistics activities, including transportation, storage and distribution.
Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements.Liaise with transportation providers, suppliers, and other partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstocking or stockouts.Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping documentation.Support all logistics activities with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and inventory levels. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Being fluent in Spanish is a plus.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of federal, state, and local transportation regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
