Lead Generation and Sales Representative About Corkcicle Corkcicle is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative insulated products that keep drinks cold and hot for hours. Our mission is to provide people with the tools they need to enjoy their favorite beverages, wherever they go. Position Summary As a Lead Generation and Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, ultimately converting them into paying wholesale customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking to identify and qualify potential customers.
    • Research and analyze target markets to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of all leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Sales:
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Corkcicle's products and their benefits.
    • Address customer inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet both the customer's and company's objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2C or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbally and via email).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work (hybrid) within the core hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to accommodate a flexible schedule outside of core hours / weekdays.
  • Indoor, open office environment. The office noise level is moderately loud. May be required to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time while simultaneously working on the computer and telephone. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
  • May be required to travel by plane or car to company shows per year within the United States.
