Lead Generation and Sales Representative

- Lead Generation:
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Research and analyze target markets to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Sales:
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Corkcicle's products and their benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet both the customer's and company's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2C or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbally and via email).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work (hybrid) within the core hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to accommodate a flexible schedule outside of core hours / weekdays.
- Indoor, open office environment. The office noise level is moderately loud. May be required to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time while simultaneously working on the computer and telephone. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
- May be required to travel by plane or car to company shows per year within the United States.
