Contract Duration: 9+ Months Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s University degree. 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst in the financial services industry. Understanding of Trade Processing management. Must have very good product knowledge in Equity Swap products. Good product knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives is equally good. Must have strong business analysis skills including data analysis, running reports, and evaluating outputs. Strong investigation and data analysis skills with intermediate SQL skills. Experience working with stakeholders to elicit requirements, write Business & Functional Requirements Documents, and working with QA Teams to review test cases & assist with UAT.0 Strong level of experience and familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall SDLC methodology. Strong practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery. Supports continuous improvement, learning opportunity, increasing predictability. Demonstrated experience to fully utilize JIRA/Confluence capabilities. Desired Skills & Experience Strongly prefer product level knowledge of Cash Prime Brokerage. What You Will Be Doing Own business/ functional requirements and change requests, documenting solution and managing end to end project delivery. Understand business priorities and working as a liaison between business and development teams. Manage relationship with Business and take ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders. Communicate key project risks, define mitigation strategies and manage resolution. Develop test strategies, document test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing across front to back tech stack. Develop Project Plans and UAT Runbooks. Work with development and support teams to resolve production issues and identify root cause. Proactively follows escalation and change control processes. Own management reports on a given engagement.
