  • Supports the Sales Department in its effort to maintain a continuous in-house and community marketing and rental sales effort.
  • Paint as needed, shampoo carpets, strip and wax floors, appliance and plumbing checks, minor repairs, etc.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, or incidents immediately to the Executive/Associate Director or Maintenance Manager, and document in the Resident Log, memos to Associate files, or Accident Reports as appropriate.
  • Tools and equipment not limited to a power drill, industrial carpet cleaner, power drain cleaner, plumbing tools, painting equipment, etc.
  • Carpet cleaning as directed (apartment and common areas).
  • Service oil re-circulation pumps in boiler room.
  • Clean carpets, strip and wax floors, and common areas as directed.
  • DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance must be completed prior to working in community (obtained through community)
