Skilled Therapy & Play Services is a highly regarded private practice, recently awarded the best pediatric behavioral and mental health services in San Carlos and San Mateo. With two clinics in San Carlos and one in San Mateo, we also offer in-home, school-based, and community services throughout The Bay Area, including San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, and San Francisco counties. Our team of BCBAs and OTs are dedicated to providing high-quality treatment and demonstrate this commitment to families each day. We prioritize collaboration, education, and ethical treatment, and are excited to welcome a BCBA to our team, who shares these values as well.

This role includes opportunities from Redwood City - San Jose, for in-home, school, and community-based services, with options for clinic sessions. The role is hands-on and is primarily devoted to time spent directly with clients and families, and all services are delivered directly by the BCBA.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement behavior plans for neurodivergent children.
* Direct service delivery to families.
* Conduct functional behavior assessments.
* Develop and implement positive behavior intervention plans.
* VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, QBAF administration and comfortability.
* Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications
* Daily documentation including daily notes and progress report updates.
* Observations and parent/related provider interviews.
* Provide training and support to parents, teachers, and other professionals.
* Provide ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of behavior plans
* Electronic data collection and analysis to evaluate progress.
* Provide group and individual therapy to patients and families, using evidence-based approaches.
* Interdisciplinary colaboration.

We are looking for a candidate that is well versed in any or all of the following interventions: ABA, PRT, NET, and DIR Floortime, and we offer mentorship as well.

Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- A passion for working directly with children.
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
- A valid CA Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62.00 - $80.00 per hour
