Job Description

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our Workday HCM application. This is the perfect opportunity for an HRIS Analyst to join a growing company that is rolling out Workday now. You will be responsible for the effective management, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM, including data integrity, system enhancements, and reporting and analytics.

What you will be doing:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring that systems are optimized to meet organizational needs.
  • Work with HR and IT to facilitate system updates and organizational changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner, working with vendors, users and internal teams.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and consistency across all HR systems.
  • Develop reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and user documentation for HRIS users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and support HR audits.
  • Manage system security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels for users.
  • Assist HR team with compensation administration and reporting.
  • Experience working with global employee populations experience is preferred.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with proven experience in Workday HCM system configuration and administration.
  • Proficiency with Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Learning
  • Project management experience, particularly in HRIS implementations or system upgrades.
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and other data management tools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
  • Certification in HRIS or relevant HR technologies strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in compensation administration preferred but not required.
