Gastroenterology Opportunity - Newark, Ohio (30 miles East of Columbus, Ohio area)

Compensation:

• Annual base salary: $675,000
• Annual quality bonus: $20,000
• Productivity available: Yes; based on revenue and expenses

Benefits:

• Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours per year for full time physicians
• Retirement: 403(b), 457 plan offered

Position:

• There are currently four full-time GI specialists employed by Licking Memorial Hospital all running high volume practices. We are looking to add a fifth.
• ERCP, Pill Cam, (among other procedures) currently offered
• Model: hospital-employed group
• Board certification required: Yes; must be B/C within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship

• Size: 227 licensed beds
• Coverage: single hospital coverage responsibilities (Licking County)
• Facility: modern and completely renovated
• Physicians on-staff: fluctuates around 150 physicians
• Hospital-employed group: Yes, multi-specialty; fluctuates around 100+ providers

Location:

• Geography: Central OH, Licking County, 30 minutes East of Columbus
• Residential: ranges from the very affordable to the very affluent
• Highlight areas: Granville, OH; Newark, OH; Heath, OH; Pataskala, OH; Blacklick, OH; Gahanna, OH; New Albany, OH
• Schools: top-rated public schools in Granville & New Albany; many excellent private schools in the area
