*Qualifications/Competencies*

* Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience
* Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
*Principal Duties & Responsibilities*
* Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution
* Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
* Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
* Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients
* Negotiate settlements
