Las principales responsabilidades del puesto son:

·        Garantizar limpieza de material y áreas de cocina

·        Mantener orden de loza, cristalería y demás instrumentos en su área de trabajo servicio para alimentos y bebidas.

·        Apoyar al equipo de cocina y restaurante dando soporte al orden y limpieza del área

·        Participar de la recolección y clasificación de residuos
