Expected SalaryCommensurate with education and experience.
Minimum RequirementsLicensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred QualificationsSpecialty License or Certification; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty; Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
