This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company As a Senior Associate, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DE&I), you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the DE&I team reporting to Senior Director DE&I, you will be responsible for the support, planning and execution of Hilton's global DE&I efforts.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Support the success of seasonal and ongoing programs and initiatives based on the needs of Team Members. Manage, organize, and implement all internal and external program and executive communications, and social media content. Manage department inbox, maintain team calendar, support lobby page maintenance, list serves, and archived files. Raise awareness of tools and resources for hotels and corporate offices and be the main point of contact for the various DE&I emails. Help process department invoices and payments. Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally

How you will collaborate with others:

Build and maintain ongoing relationships with company partners, hotel contacts, vendors, outside agencies, and other groups to achieve programs and initiatives.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

Design and facilitate presentations for DE&I strategy, tools and resources, and support Team Member engagement events.

You have these minimum qualifications:

Three (3) years of professional experience Three (3) years of experience managing projects in collaboration with multiple departments Experience developing presentations and proposals for senior leadership Work in the McLean, VA weekly as needed

It would be useful if you have:

BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MA/MS/Master’s Degree in related field Three (3) years of experience in the hospitality industry
