As a Full Stack Engineer on the Argon team, you will own and lead projects that will define our products and our success. Youâll have a huge amount of scope and autonomy with direct input on product and company strategy. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled, diligent, and considerate people to ship fast, iterate, and maintain an extremely high bar for quality and excellence. 

  1. Product iteration. You will be a major driver in deciding product form factor, decisions, with a focus on quick decisions and shipping fast. We have incredible traction with the first version of our product and are working closely with our partners to continue to iterate and develop products to capture high-value workflows.
  2. Working closely with our enterprise partners to understand nuanced pharma workflow needs. You will have the opportunity to sit in on client-facing discussions and work closely with users to understand their needs, get feedback on products, and contribute to product vision. 
  3. Working with our Next, Postgres, and Python-based data ingestion stack to build quick POCs and work to perfect and polish products and features we double down on. We are built on a modern tech stack. You should be comfortable building across the various technologies. Who you are
    1. End to end - Youâve built and scaled systems, made complex engineering decisions, and have proved your technical skills in industry.
    2. Product thinker. You want to build through a user-centric lens and be involved not only in engineering decisions but product and design decisions as well.
    3. AI native. Youâve been tinkering with LLMs for the past few years and are comfortable working with vector databases, RAG systems, and prompting. Youâre driven to stay up to date with SOTA techniques and models to get the most out of advances in AI.
    4. Ambitious. You are excited about working at a fast growing venture backed start-up where you will lead and have initiative in managing major projects to completion.
    5. A hacker. You build quickly, and you find your way to information. Constantly curious and have a serious bias towards action. Compensation

      Salary can range between $120,000 and $200,000 and will include generous equity grants.Â
