- BC required
- Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS required and NP/PA must have RNFA certification w/ minimum of 3 yrs of experience
- 1 - 5 patients per day, 1 - 2 emergent cases during weekend call
- PA/NP CVT w/ EVH (Vasoview Hemopro 2), RAH, open heart surgery, CABG, valves etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
