Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife, (CNM) to expand their Obstetrics program in Fergus Falls, MN. The CNM will provide care to patients during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, as well as family planning and gynecologic needs. As a new specialty with our organization, the CNM will aide in the development and growth of the program while partnering with 1 OB/GYN MD, and 2 Family Medicine w/Obstetric MD's.
As a unit, obstetric team members assist in the delivery of approximately 325 babies each year
Typical business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
36 patient contact hours/week
Equitable participation in on-call rotation
*Education & Licensing Requirements:*
Must be a Certified Nurse Midwife
Eligible for RN and APRN licensure in Minnesota
Current BLS and NRP certifications
*EMR System:*
Transitioned to EPIC in November of 2022
*Compensation/Benefits:*
Base guaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with option for additional compensation based on production hours worked
Annual CME reimbursement & paid professional dues and memberships
Relocation reimbursement & sign on bonus
