Our TJ Maxx Distribution Center (DC) is looking for top notch Warehouse Associates. This person will play a key role in ensuring merchandise is organized and handled with care to provide value to our customers.

Shift Options:

A Shift: Monday- Thursday 4:30AM-3:00PM

Starting at $17.50/hour

C Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 2:30AM

Starting at $17.50/hour plus $1.50 Shift differential

B Shift: Friday - Sunday 5:00AM - 5:30PM

Starting at $17.50/hour plus $1.50 Shift differential

+incentive pay for performance

+$0.25 per hour increase after first 30 days of employment

What does a Warehouse Associate do

Our Warehouse Associates are a key member of the merchandise journey. They ensure that the right goods get to the right stores at the right time. They do this amazing work in a fast paced, safe and efficient way. Some of the responsibilities of our Associates include the following:

Count, select and sort items by style, color, store order or other criteriaMatch receipts against purchase ordersPack or unpack merchandise in and out of boxesTicket clothing, accessories, and other itemsLoad and unload merchandise from trailersManual lifting and handling of objects such as totes, boxes, or garments
