In this role, you will provide a beneficial online customer experience while connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom’s deep fashion expertise.
A day in the life…
Set up video set daily including camera, audio, lighting and fixtures in line with the program guidelines for framingEnsure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-rollPartner with on-set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent on contentCoach talent on set to create engaging and valued contentManage audio and audit content while filmingBackup all footage after each shift and upload footage for post-productionAssist in prep and shipping of product as neededMaintain audio and video supplies and equipment, and communicate needed repairs or replacements to regional Producer in a timely mannerYou own this if you have…
Bachelors or Associates degree with a focus in Audio and Video Production preferredProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, MS Office Suite5 years Audio and Video Production experience3 years of experience working in the fashion industryAbility to lift 60 pounds (video equipment, props)Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisionsClear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
