Schedule: 9 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $41,600/yr - $62,400/yr ( $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr)

Bookkeeper responsibilities include completing monthly financial closings and bank reconciliations, compiling financial statements and month-end financial and sales reports, AP/ AR, preparing tax documents, and assisting with general office administrative tasks and/or projects.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping required
  • Minimum two-year college degree
  • Exceptional MS Office Suite, ADP, and QuickBooks experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong experience with financial statements
