Tipmont's Marketing Producer opportunity may be perfect for you

You will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategic brand / integrated marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B, serving as the air traffic controller for all initiatives. With opportunities to generate positive results in business and residential marketing, you will drive collaboration across Tipmont teams to achieve success. Experience with photography, graphic design and / or video production is a plus.

Duties that intrigue you include:

  • Executing strategic brand/marketing campaigns: Taking the lead from the marketing director, you'll draw on customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and industry best practices to execute seamless end-to-end strategies from inception to analysis.
  • Managing activities for newly opened service zones: As Tipmont expands its fiber-internet footprint, you'll oversee service zone management activity  including communication about newly opened zones and retargeting efforts to maximize engagement and conversion in targeted geographic areas.
  • Developing analytics and reporting trends: To inform future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, you'll develop comprehensive analytics across various platforms and then deliver proposals and recommendations based on insights.
  • Assisting with live promotional / community events: You'll assist with pre-event communications, day-of setup, management and operations, and post-event follow-ups gathering feedback and event data for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborating with colleagues for brand success: You will integrate a strong understanding of Tipmont's brand and culture into marketing efforts that effectively communicate and resonate. You'll collaborate closely with the Communication Manager to align messaging and branding across all collateral, as well as with external graphic design and video freelancers.
  • Managing vendors and inventory: You will manage printing partners, oversee employee apparel orders, and control brand collateral inventory to ensure consistent branding.
  • Coordinating with freelance contractors: You will coordinate graphic design and video freelancers to produce high-quality creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Optimizing websites for effective marketing: Apply knowledge of aesthetic web design and maintenance and assist with efforts to keep company websites up-to-date and effective.

Required Credentials / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Proven experience of three to five years in brand strategy, campaign development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and extracting actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • The ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Meta Advertising, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with photography, graphic design and video production is a plus.
