Job description:
Support all financial and operational reporting cycles, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring adherence to closing schedules and deadlines for both internal and external financial reporting.
Obtain and maintain thorough knowledge of general ledger systems, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures; lead financial closing procedures for international accounting teams in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
Prepare and post journal entries, and generate financial schedules for tangible and corporate tax returns prepared by third-party tax specialists, including sales and use tax reporting.
Prepare consolidated financial information for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, managing significant intercompany transactions and driving enhancements, automation, and documentation of finance workflows.
Analyze financial data, prepare reports and commentary for executive financial reviews, board meetings, and external stakeholders; conduct financial modeling and support valuations; collaborate with CFO, Assistant Controller, and Accounting Manager on financial reporting and respond to senior leadership inquiries.

Requirements:
Bachelorâ s degree required
Must be bilingual: Spanish/English
Must have (3) years of recent experience in a corporate analyst role (or FP&A)
Must have experience with consolidations
MS Excel: Advanced (Power query/Power pivot)
MS PowerPoint: Intermediate
Must be willing to travel outside of the US occasionally
