The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, or equivalent experience with over 5 years in industrial health, safety, and environmental compliance, preferably in manufacturing, particularly the food industryCompletion of OSHA 511 and 501 coursesThorough knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and strategies for implementationAbility to interpret technical procedures and government regulations effectivelyStrong written, verbal, and analytical skills for assessing performance metricsProven experience in developing, delivering, and maintaining training programsCapacity to adapt to evolving organizational requirements and guide others through transitionsExcellent organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and attention to detailTeam player with leadership capabilities across various functions and disciplinesWillingness to be on call and adjust work schedule based on business demandsExperience collaborating with local regulatory authorities
