    Job Description

    The main responsibilities for the Manufacturing Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and personnel management. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire operation.
Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and strategies to meet operational targets, including production volumes, cost control, and quality standards.Lead and mentor a diverse team of production leads, operators, and support staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards.Drive initiatives for process improvements and optimization to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall plant performance.Work closely with procurement, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to production schedules.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Manufacturing Supervisor will have the following qualifications:

5+ years of experience in production management/continuous improvement roles.Must have manufacturing experience, preferably experience with injection moldingBachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Knowledge production processes (lean, six sigma, DFT).Great organizational and time management abilities.Proven track record of continuous improvement/cost savings projects.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
