Summary:
My clinical stage biopharma client is seeking an experienced SAS programmer to fill an Senior Manager of Statistical programming opening. This will be hands-on programming for clinical studies for exploratory analyses, regulatory responses, and defense activities.
Position Overview:
- Conduct programming for individual and pooled analyses.
- Develop and validate statistical programs.
- Prepare specifications and datasets according to standards.
- Contribute to study-related documents and ensure compliance with data standards.
- Identify and address data issues.
- Maintain expertise in programming and statistical methods.
- Respond to regulatory queries.
- Support the statistical computing environment.
- Work with external vendors and oversee outsourced tasks.
- Communicate effectively across functions.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Statistics or related field with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with significant experience.
- Proficiency in SAS and visualization tools.
- Experience with data standards and validation tools.
- Understanding of clinical protocols and data management.
- Experience in safety and efficacy analyses.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage projects and adapt to changes.
