- Compensation: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift (9am-5:30pm), Monday-Friday.

As the Housekeeping Administrator you will manage the administrative duties for the Housekeeping Department. You are responsible for safety training and documentation, inventory, purchasing, filing, documenting project progress, and tracking. The Administrator is also responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization and security of the Housekeeping Ops area and all other Housekeeping areas such as the cart corrals and both on and off-site storage locations. You also will be responsible for communicating guests’ requests to other departments of the resort to keep the operation running in an efficient manner. Communication is key in this position to keep the flow going between all moving parts in housekeeping and maintenance. In addition, you must be able to follow up and log all calls.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Excellent phone skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism to deal with issues of the utmost urgency and sensitivity.
- Must have computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as daily administrative duties in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Housekeeping or maintenance background is a plus.
- VALID and CLEAN Driver's License.
