**Key Responsibilities:**

- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthetics as necessary during surgical procedures.
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, including patient history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement anesthetic care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and patient recovery assessment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in anesthesiology.

**Qualifications:**

- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid New York State licensure as a CRNA.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia practices, techniques, and patient monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

**Preferred Experience:**

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital setting.
- Experience in various anesthetic procedures, including general, regional, and local anesthesia.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
