Associate Producer

Summary Description

The Cleveland Browns are seeking a full-time Associate Producer to assist in various shooting and editing needs, in addition to elevating the production of the Cleveland Browns Daily video stream. This will be achieved by creating compelling visuals and content for the daily two-hour radio show, as well as digital content for social media platforms. In addition to a strong video portfolio, the ideal candidate is one that has skills as a technical director, video editor, and content creator.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Working alongside the Radio Producer, produce the video format of Cleveland Browns Daily
• Assisting in production of Cleveland Browns Podcasts
• Assisting in show planning
• Recording and editing video interviews for Cleveland Browns Daily, Browns Radio Network and podcasts
• Creating social and digital content from Browns radio shows and podcasts
• Posting content to Browns Radio social media accounts
• Engineering and producing remotes for Browns Daily and for Radio Network Remotes
• Edit team hypes
• Assist in larger video projects (shoots and edits) as needed
• Shoot Browns games, practices and other events
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BA; Film & Digital or related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred)
• Knowledge of NewTek Tricaster system (or industry equivalent)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (primarily Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Bridge, and Photoshop)
• Fundamental understanding of entire live-production process (pre-production, production, and post-production)
• Basic knowledge of cinema style cameras

Requirements

• Candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours that include nights, weekends, holidays and work within the demands of an NFL schedule
