Currently, we are seeking a talented Fullstack Tech Lead with expertise in PHP and Node.js to lead our API development efforts.

Responsibilities: As the Fullstack Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of our ticketing platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure APIs using PHP and Node.js. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of schools and municipalities. Implementing best practices for API development, including versioning, documentation, authentication, and data validation. Ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of APIs to handle high traffic during peak event periods. Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team. Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with expertise in PHP and Node.js. Strong proficiency in backend development using PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. Experience with API development using Node.js and knowledge of RESTful API principles. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Nice-to-have: Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, and the ability to contribute to frontend development efforts when needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the ticketing or event management industry. Knowledge of payment processing systems and integration with ticketing platforms. Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
