**Oklahoma, where the wind comes sweepin\' down the plain** **Responsibilities** We have an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE neonatologist to join our practice in Norman, OK, located 20 miles south of Oklahoma City.
* Group consists of 6 neonatologists with call from home
* Coverage at Norman Regional Medical Center, a 26-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 14, and Mercy Health Center, a 43-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 29
* Services include HFOV and jet ventilators
* NNP coverage at both hospitals
* Sub-specialty support includes pediatric surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Mercy, and MFM and OB-ED support at Norman
* Required participation in QI and process improvement, and involvement in staff development and best practice education as well as community outreach and service line enhancement/growth/development/strategic planning
* Patient and family centered provider with excellent communication and collaboration skills
