Ecolab's Finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that will provide direct support to our North America Corporate Account Sales Team and its leaders. As a key partner and advisor, you are responsible for demonstrating an understanding of the Ecolab value proposition and developing solid strategies to deliver profitable growth to the business. Success requires strong business partnerships across multiple functions and teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Create customer P&Ls and other analytics for assessing new and existing business opportunities
  • Recommend pricing, incentive structures, and commercial policies to support growth
  • Partner with the Corporate Account Sales associates to understand and communicate the impact of their sales activity, including identifying opportunities to drive additional sales
  • Conduct complex financial analysis
  • Provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers
  • Drive process improvement and best practices within the commercial finance team
  • Project work as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 4 years of finance experience
  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently present detailed financial results to an executive audience
  • Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet, graphics (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint), and financial systems skills
  • Result-oriented; proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity
