Treasury Analyst

Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Treasury Analyst to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
 

In this role, you will form part of Likewize’s Treasury department which is critical in managing the company’s cash, FX & Interest Exposure, borrowing and fund financing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the company’s cash, funds, and financial transactions.

• Create records of transactions and assist in payment processes.

• Assist Treasury Manager to ensure the company has enough money to perform its obligations.

• Develop regular treasury report for management to review.

• Participate in daily treasury activities, daily use of TMS, and other treasury streams for the operational needs of the department.

• Train and work with other finance e employees towards becoming a key point of contact for treasury requirements with internal stakeholders.

• Oversee banking permissions.

• Conduct monthly close process.

• Identify issues and reach out to relevant stakeholders to obtain solutions.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounts Payable

• Strong in Excel; relevant systems/technology experience

• Cash management – monitor and respond to the company’s banking activities.

• Treasury operations – oversee treasury policies and procedures and managing databases.

• Organization and attention to detail – critical for completing the position’s daily responsibilities, as the work environment is often fast paced and demanding. This skill will help analyst maintain accurate records and complete tasks by their deadlines.

• Strong communication both written and verbal.
