EVP, eCommerce & Sales – B2B Digital Innovator – Private Equity


Our client is an innovative leader in the design and development of specialty commercial products utilizing multiple go-to-market channels and brands to reach their customer base. This up-and-comer in the sector has a reputation for bringing innovative, valued solutions to the market, keeping it at the forefront of the sector. The company is on a strong upward trajectory having gained additional traction through the pandemic and poised for continued strong sales growth moving forward with blue chip private equity ownership.


We are seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic executive to lead customer experience and drive continued revenue growth for the business while underlaying a foundation of best practice sales operations fundamentals. The VP Sales will partner with the CEO in refining strategy and providing a differentiated sales and product roadmap to drive market penetration while building the next generation of sales leadership across eCommerce and traditional go-to-market channels. You will be responsible for enhancing performance while developing a more robust sales operations and support organization.


This position offers the flexibility for remote work and the opportunity to work with an industry leading private equity sponsor. An attractive compensation including bonus and equity participation is offered as part of the overall compensation incentive structure.
