Job Description

The Email Surveillance Analyst will be responsible for:

Use surveillance systems to examine communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory adherence, and improper use of confidential information.Detect, document, and address potential regulatory or compliance issues.Collaborate with various departments to evaluate risks and follow up on issues identified during the communication review process.

The Successful Applicant

The Email Surveillance Analyst should have the following background/prior experience:

Bachelor's degree; JD is a plus1-4 years of experience in either the corporate and investment banking industry or the legal industryPrior experience as a paralegal or in document reviewProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExceptional attention to detail & communication skills
