JOB GOAL: Provide assistance with course selections, vocational options, personal and group counseling, and developmental group counseling program. Teach the health curriculum in the classroom setting. Coordinate guidance programs with staff, administrators, and parents.
TEMPORARY POSITION THROUGH THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. BEGINNING AROUND JUNE 1, 2024.
MAJOR DUTIES: Provide personal counseling and assist students with decision-making related to school-related needs. Work with administrators to facilitate scheduling, testing and student information programs. Serve as a member of the Student Intervention Team and Special Education Evaluation Team. Maintain access and ongoing positive communication and availability with parents.
