Job Details: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Midland, TX Help build Level III NICU programEnvision Physician Services is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our growing program at Midland Memorial Hospital. The hospital is growing from Level II to Level III with a brand new 22-bed unit being built. The goal is to keep parents close to their babies even when they need a higher level of care and to have an expanded Neonatology service in the Midland community.Opportunity Highlights: Work life balance - 24-hr shifts Unit in development - Help this practice grow 22-bed Level III NICU being built for Summer 2020 Comprehensive benefits which include medical, dental, vision, and 401k (starts Day 1)Opportunity Details: Staffing Model: 2 Neos, 4.8 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners Neos in-house during the day, available within 30-min response time NNP in-house for 24-hr period 2019 Deliveries: 2,200 Hospital is building 22-bed Level III NICU to open mid-2020 Advancing from Level II to Level III Help in the development of P&Ps Education of RN/RTs Level of care will increase as the staff becomes trained/capable Currently seeing patients 30-weeks and up Plans to go from 30 - 28- 26 - 23 weeks as staffing and infrastructure fall into place About Envision:With more than 30 years of high-quality Women’s & Children’s services and more than 100 service contracts, we are a trusted strategic partner for established hospitals and health systems.
