Data Collection : Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: Rio Grande Regional Hospital Address: 101 E Ridge Rd. Floor: Cath Lab Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Number of Staff - Type of staff: o Day Shift - o Night Shift - Patient Ratios - Type of equipment - cath lab, biplane, guidewires, catheters, balloons, stents, closure devices EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Neuro IR experience ( IR or Cath lab tech that has neuro endovascular training At least 1 year in specials procedures IR Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Neuro IR proficiency Experience in comprehensive stroke centers List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Thrombectomies Cerebral Angiograms Carotid Stenting/Angiography Aneurysms and AVMs Intracranial stenting/angio Best personality Fit: Flexible and personable REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Current BCLS certification required. Demonstrated clinical competence, as outlined in the appropriate orientation checklist Maintains competency on a consistent basis Thorough technical knowledge Able to deal with stressful situation and to stand for long periods of time.
