PURPOSE: Ensuring cleanliness of rides, floors and ride areas within Nickelodeon Universe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

* Responsible for daily cleaning of rides, floors, que-lines, and surrounding areas within Nickelodeon Universe.

* Annually perform a deep clean of ride cars, tracks, floors and surrounding areas.

* Utilize power lift to clean rides, tracks, railing and platforms.

* Pressure wash floors, rides and surrounding areas of Nickelodeon Universe.

* May assist with troubleshooting and repair of housekeeping equipment and basic maintenance.

* Regular, reliable and consistent attendance

* Additional duties as assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

* Must be 18 years of age

* 1-3 years prior cleaning experience

* Prior experience with operating powered and non-powered cleaning equipment.

* Experience using floor scrubber and kerosene fired pressure washer

* Ability to operate power lift at heights of 25+ feet

* Experience with safe use of small hand tools.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Stand and move- Frequently 90% of time

* Sit - Infrequently, 5% of time

* Perform repetitive motion- Occasionally, 40% of time

* Reach at, above or below shoulder level- Frequently 75% of time.

* Kneel and bend- Frequently 70% of time

* Stoop/squat- Frequently 70% of time

* Lift/carry between 10-40 lbs -Frequently, 70% of time

* Lifting/Cary between 40-75lbs - Occasionally, 25% of time

* Push/Pull - Occasionally, 35% of the time

* Able to work at heights between 10-85 ft - Infrequently 10% of time
