Reclamation Guide

This position is being advertised concurrently to status candidates under vacancy announcement BOR-LCB-24-MP-12471354-CL. Applicants interested in applying under both announcement numbers, must submit application packages for each job announcement.

DUTIES:

-Conducts tours at Hoover Dam with visitors representing multi-cultural, educational and international backgrounds.

-Delivers verbal presentations and answers questions concerning various features of the Dam and power plant.

-Studies and reviews a variety of printed material and static display data pertaining to Hoover Dam operations.

-Circulates throughout the Visitor Center and Exhibit Building providing information regarding the Colorado River Basin, structures within, exhibits and building displays, tour and ticket information, and other general information as requested.

-Provides customer assistance, preliminary first aid, and securing appropriate medical assistance when necessary.
