Who we are looking for:

Skills & Requirements:

Master the art of making coffee on La Marzocco espresso machinery Uphold the standards of the Elena James coffee and beverage program by closely monitoring the beverage products that each Barista/Server produces Provide genuine connection and hospitality to each and every guest that enters the store Train, educate and acclimate new baristas into Elena James systems Manage dialing in of coffees and calibration of grinders and brewing equipment through strong technical understanding of extraction and brew variables Familiar with coffee product rotation, ordering, and inventory management Follows Elena James recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner Follow all health & safety standards to operate a clean and organized work space
