Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field What You Will Be Doing  Collaborate with end users and Information Services teams to define criteria for project phases and ensure thorough testing of developed solutions. Assist in designing and developing database schemas. Lead the development of small applications with minimal supervision, adhering to Information System standards and methodologies. Provide technical mentoring to junior developers and address help desk tickets related to development issues. Develop reports as requested, using various report-writing tools across applications, and ensure that management is informed of critical issues or those exceeding documented targets. Regularly review outstanding issues to ensure current troubleshooting and resolutions. Identify areas where policies and procedures may need updates or new ones are necessary, particularly concerning future business expansion, and submit recommendations. Participate in relevant information-sharing activities, monitor, and report on security violations related to unauthorized access to corporate data. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of problems, maintain awareness of the evolving technological environment, and recommend cost-efficient techniques. Create, maintain, and update disaster recovery procedures in response to changes in hardware or applications, and ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures. Continuously learn new software development technologies and environments.
