What you will be doing: 

In this role you will manage all duties of front desk operations including: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

Previous 2+ years' of Front Office Manager experience in a luxury brand hotel environment  College degree or coursework in hospitality related field preferred Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others Strong leadership skills Superior interpersonal and customer service skills Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
