    Job Description

    This role combines leadership, operational management, and strategic planning to ensure the smooth functioning of the production process while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.

    The Production Supervisor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily production activities
Manage personnel and resources efficientlyImplement continuous improvement strategiesMonitor and control department budgetMaintain interdepartmental relationshipsFacilitate effective communicationUphold company policies and union contractsResolve work-related issuesManage time and attendance recordsCoordinate with Group LeadersEnsure accurate inventory managementMake decisions on production and personnel matters

The Successful Applicant

The successful Production Supervisor will:

7-10 years of industry experience 5+ years of management experience Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment, ideally in the industrial industry Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment, implementing changes and driving continuous improvement efforts Have a strong background with ERP systems
