- Assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as our Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Massage Therapists and Nutritional Therapist to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in occupational therapy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in Orthopedics, Hands, Neuro is preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and mental health coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills for case management and documentation
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations
